This is not a stiff bow in the traditional sense.
I believe it is suited for those who want to create nuanced sound by utilizing its rich flexibility to incorporate a lot of air.
Rather than a style that relies on power to blast down a highway, this bow is for players who carefully add color by utilizing bow width and stroke length more than bow pressure.
While it lacks ostentation, it is extremely slender and delicate. Despite its light actual weight, it is the most flexible among the bows currently listed, offering a soft, yielding feel. (In contrast, Amlet bows also bend well, but their greater mass provides a stronger sense of core.)
Yet, as you may sense from the video, it possesses good rebound, so bow pressure does not dissipate pointlessly.
If you examine the proportions of the head's profile, the frog's proportions (such as the vertically wide throat shape), and compare them to works by, for example, Vuillaume (especially his father, François), or Kunihiro Yuri (you can find a vast number of images in auction archives online), you might begin to grasp what I mean.
Or, you might find my assessment completely off the mark (laughs).
However, I believe it's not unreasonable to suggest that this bow may have been influenced by such makers.
The pernambuco grain is also beautiful.
Re-haired at the beginning of April (Canadian horsehair).
The weight is SILVER925, 0.25 mm, with lizard leather.
There are no repairs for breaks or warping.
The exquisite curve and balance are also guaranteed.
The standard ideal would be for a slightly heavier actual weight, and this is reflected in the price.
Returns are accepted if the playability differs significantly from this description, or if a trusted appraiser provides a completely different assessment.
I hope this bow finds its way into the hands of someone who will cherish it as a partner for a happy musical life.
