【New!】Quick Swab (for Flute)

This is a lightweight, durable, and compact swab uniquely developed to absorb and remove water droplets inside the flute body in a short time without removing the headjoint, such as during flute performance.

Simply insert and pull out the silicone pipe wrapped with super absorbent paper from the footjoint into the body. The actual usage time is less than 10 seconds, so cleaning can be completed in just 5-6 measures even during fast pieces.

This super absorbent material, developed by a major Japanese manufacturer, is made of 100% unbleached pulp non-woven fabric, making it durable, tear-resistant, and lint-free. In addition to absorbing water, the pin-shaped embossing on the surface removes dirt from inside the body.

When not in use, it can be hung on the steel part of the music stand with the magnet on the tip of the silicone pipe. (Wittner and Hercules stands are entirely steel. Yamaha, Korg, and other lightweight music stands are aluminum, but the music clips and rivets on the left and right sides of the music rest are steel.)

The silicone pipe used in the Quick Swab is thin, flexible, and highly resilient, allowing it to be folded compactly multiple times, making it convenient for portability.

1. The Quick Swab can be dried and reused, but if the absorbent paper becomes dirty or damaged, please use the separately sold refills. (A Quick Swab + Refill set is also available.)

2. The cleaning range of the Quick Swab for flute is from the footjoint to the reflector inside the headjoint. (For C footjoints, there is about 3 cm of extra pipe even when it hits the reflector. For B footjoints, we can make the pipe slightly longer if you inform us at the time of purchase.)
