This piece showcases the artist's mastery of three distinct and difficult ceramic techniques, making it a true standout for any collector of fine porcelain. Design & Artistry: The vase features a beautifully hand-painted Blue Iris motif. The rim is reticulated, meaning the negative space around the flower petals has been meticulously hand-cut while the porcelain was still wet. This create a delicate, airy floating effect that is characteristic of the Art Nouveau style.
