Vintage Taxco Mexico TM-925 Sterling Silver Modernist 2-Tone Wing Stud Earrings

These authentic vintage 925 sterling silver earrings represent the refined craftsmanship of Taxco, Mexico. The sculptural wing design features a puffy, three-dimensional profile, pairing high-polished silver with textured, gold-tone recessed channels.  The hallmark TM-925 indicates these pieces were registered in Taxco post-1979. The M registration is famously linked to the Molina family, known for their substantial, handcrafted modernist jewelry. These statement-sized studs are secured with classic post-and-nut backings for a reliable fit.   Silver weight: 13.22 g  These have been in my family since originally purchased in Mexico.   Material: 925 Sterling Silver with gold-tone accents (Hallmarked TM 925).  Hardware: For pierced ears; includes sterling silver butterfly backings.  Care: Gently polish smooth silver with a jewelry cloth. To preserve the textured finish and gold-tone detailing, avoid liquid dips, harsh chemicals, or ultrasonic cleaners.  Gently pre-loved excellent condition w/no callouts or damage.
