Heavy cast metal octagonal jewelry box with ornate repousse floral and scrollwork decoration covering the lid and all eight side panels. Faceted finial on top, beaded trim detail, red satin feel interior lining, felt bottom. Substantial weight at approximately 1 lb 3.7 oz — this is a solid, well-made piece. Made in China stamp on base. Metal type unconfirmed but appears to be brass or bronze-tone alloy. Approximate measurements: 4.5” across 3.5” tall Natural patina and age present throughout — has not been cleaned, good for collectors who prefer untouched patina. No chips, cracks, or structural issues.
