Photo 7: There is a chip on the white part between the armature's commutator and the bearing. I am unsure of the role of this part, so I do not know if the chip has any effect. The commutator section: 26.8mm where the carbon brush does not touch. 26.4mm where it does touch. It is worn by 0.4mm in diameter. Photo 8: The carbon brushes were at their limit. Since they are cutoff carbon brushes, the plastic part is protruding. This plastic part hit the commutator, creating a groove in the center.
