■Condition
　Unused, but has been stored for a long time.
　Tested as a sample with included items.
　At 15W, it does not get hot enough to cause burns.
　It becomes slightly warm.

■Notes
　The power cord is originally a bare wire cut end.
　Requires 100V wiring, so this is a DIY product for those with knowledge. An extension cord and outlet plug are required separately.
　Although called a tape heater, it is not an adhesive material, so it will need to be secured with things like zip ties.
