This is a chiffon cake cooling stand that I made myself. It's a stand for cooling chiffon cakes upside down after baking. This stand is compatible with baking pan center hole diameters from 18mm to 38mm, so please measure the diameter of your pan's center hole before purchasing. If you are currently using a bottle as a substitute, please give this a try as it provides more stability. Also, if you wish to purchase two, they can be shipped together for ￥2,700. Please comment beforehand if you would like to purchase two, and I will adjust the price.
