Removed from a newly built detached house delivered in November 2025, this item was used on a balcony casement window for only about 2 months. It was used for drying laundry about 10 times. Not in a salt-damaged area. It has the same functionality as products sold by YKKAP, etc. Dimensions are approximately 189 cm high x 69 cm deep. The color is a dark brown, almost black? Bronze? The main material is aluminum. If purchased new from any manufacturer, it would likely cost over 10,000 yen.

It is no longer needed as it has been replaced with a different item.
There is some caulking attached to the U-shaped bracket holes that attach to the waist-high wall, but this will not interfere with installation and will be hidden once the support posts are attached. One point to note is that one of the long tapping screws used to attach the U-shaped bracket to the waist-high wall had its screw threads partially stripped when removed. This can be replaced with a screw of the same size without issue, and it should be easily obtainable at a home improvement store or similar in a stainless steel color, so please obtain one separately.

Regarding handover conditions, it will be handed over in person near JR Kita-Toda Station, limited to dates and times convenient for the seller. Generally, weekdays from 8 PM to 9 PM, Saturdays all day, and Sundays/holidays are negotiable. Please comment before purchasing.
