This is a DIY ring pillow kit, likely purchased at a tiara exhibition around 2007.
I bought it but never got around to making it, so it has been stored away.
It's about 20 years old, and while the bag is wrinkled as shown in the image, all materials are still unopened and included. Therefore, I have listed it as New, Unused.
