【Defective Item Special Price】Pickup Preferred - Tokyo Hachioji - Modern Deco Sofa Bed - PU White

Product Description
There are some flaws, but other parts are surprisingly clean.

We prefer local pickup. Location: Western Hachioji City, Tokyo. In this case, no shipping fee will be charged.
*We cannot ship as we are unable to pack the item.

*If you are within a 10km radius of Hachioji Station, we can deliver for an additional ￥2,000 (￥3,000 for within 20km, further distances are not possible). I will deliver it myself. As this is a heavy item, adult assistance (at least one man, or two or more women) is required for unloading.
Unloading is all that is offered. We cannot bring it into your room (due to its weight).

*To measure the straight-line distance on Google Maps, long-press (right-click) on a point on the map, select Measure distance, and then tap (click) on the other point to display the straight-line distance between the two points. This works the same on smartphones and PCs. You can also measure the total distance of a broken line by adding multiple points.

Flaws: There are several tears of various sizes on the seat. Please check the images. One tear is quite large and has been repaired with tape.
There may be parts not fully captured in the images, so please consider the actual item as the priority. (We recommend inspecting the item in person before bidding if possible.)
Aside from the torn areas, it is reasonably clean. It has plenty of storage. The armrests are wide, making them stable for placing a small tray with coffee and snacks. It's also good for beer and snacks. It's very useful.
We cannot accept cancellations even if you bid or win without inspecting the item.
