Cordless Rotating Spatula Float Top Coating Machine A (High-Performance Version)

A cordless rotating painting machine for painting the tops of Hera-uki (fishing floats), powered by 2 AA batteries. In addition to the main unit, it comes with a cushion to reduce float wobble, a commercially available plastic case, and batteries used for operation confirmation.

Although battery-powered, it has sufficient torque to rotate Hera-uki.
However, the torque is such that it stops easily when pressed with a finger, so there is no need to worry about injury, and since it is battery-powered, there is no risk of electric shock.
The rotation speed is controlled by an electronic circuit, allowing stepless adjustment from ultra-low to high speeds with a volume knob, and there is no gear noise.

Here is an example of how to use it, as demonstrated by a right-handed user:
1. Place the painting machine so that the motor shaft is facing forward or to the side.
2. Secure the float's foot to the motor's universal chuck. (The chuck opens and closes by turning it.)
3. Place the cushion at the base of the float's top.
4. Turn the volume knob on the base board clockwise with your right hand to turn on the power, and the float will begin to rotate. Be careful, as high rotation speeds can cause the float to wobble.
5. Hold the paint brush with your right hand and apply paint from a diagonally downward direction. At this time, it is easier to paint if you hold the top near the painting area with your left thumb and index finger and rotate the float at an extremely low speed.

The motor rotates clockwise when viewed from the shaft direction. If you want it to rotate counter-clockwise, disconnect the two blue and red wires from the motor and swap them between the green terminals on the board with the volume knob: connect the blue wire to the red terminal and the red wire to the blue terminal. (Either polarity is acceptable; refer to the last photo.) **Never swap the wires coming from the batteries.**
