For Fall/Winter 2022, Carhartt WIP is collaborating with Kunichi Nomura of TRIPSTER to release a capsule collection consisting of a Blazer and Pants. This comfortable setup suit combines Nomura's ideas with Carhartt WIP's workwear taste. This set, composed of a jacket and bottoms, combines Carhartt WIP's signature silhouette with a refined tailored edge. Both styles possess a unique duality, as Nomura puts it: work and play, yin and yang, sad and maso, night and day.

Customized based on Carhartt WIP's iconic MICHIGAN COAT, this suit can be worn for parties and sophisticated occasions, or as a work style similar to a regular coverall, offering two looks in one. From skateboarding and work to dinner at a restaurant or a date night. This solid suit, designed to accommodate various situations and balance work and play, is the concept behind this collection.

Triple stitching and the corduroy collar also evoke Carhartt's workwear aesthetic. The bottoms are made from the same 8.85oz lightweight twill fabric as the jacket, featuring a relaxed tapered fit that gradually narrows from the knee down. Zip fly. Details such as tool pockets and a hammer loop are also included, staying true to workwear style.
