Hugaroo ! Woman owned business - know what we need. These weighted neck - shoulder wraps / drapes - are a great weight to de-stress - as most of us carry a lot of tension in our shoulders and back. You can microwave this on a plate in the microwave 60 - 120 seconds if you want heat and/ or a little aromatherapy. They weight is from clay beads - the slight fragrance is from herbs - and flax seed gives almost an air diffuser effect. I have 2 left used only once- twice before my girls lost them. These were already replaced - but just now found 😂 and up for grabs…. I’ve literally bought a total of 9 of these for family member gifts! The member who loved it the most? My 82 yr young grandma! But mom cursed me - because she was the caregiver and grandma was asking her to reheat it for her every hour on the hour 🤣🤣🤣💕. She liked it steaming !! Sorry mom
