These are transport bolts (BD-V1-186) and a dedicated wrench (BD-V1-189) for a Hitachi drum-type washing machine.
These are the fittings used to secure the drum when transporting the machine, such as during a move.
They are originally included accessories, but I purchased these from Bic Camera thinking I had lost the originals.
After purchasing them, I found the originally included ones, so I am now selling these.
