Dainty vintage hand-painted miniature / demitasse teacup and saucer set produced in Occupied Japan (1945–1952). Stamped MADE IN OCCUPIED JAPAN in red on the base of both pieces. ✨ Features: Sweet hand-painted violet & floral pattern Scalloped rims with fine gold trim Ornate gold-gilt scrolled handle ✨ Measurements: Saucer: ~3 1/8 diameter Cup: ~2 W x 2.5 L (with handle) x 1.75 H ✨ Condition: No chips, no cracks! Shows light vintage character: minor wear to the gold gilt on the cup rim and a light scratch on the cup’s front floral motif. Please refer to photos for close-up details.
