[How to Choose a Belt]

There is no set length for karate belts.
For judo, the ends must extend about 20cm from the knot.

- For Judo: As a general guideline, a length of approximately twice your waist measurement plus 90cm to 100cm is suitable.
The belt should have about 20cm of slack on both ends from the knot.

Since wearing hakama and personal preference can vary, measuring your current belt is the most reliable method.

- For Karate: Many people prefer to wear longer belts, so choose a size with more allowance than the judo guideline above, based on your own measurements. Approximately twice your waist measurement plus 120cm.

Since belts are primarily made of cotton, they will shrink by about 5% after washing. Please account for this potential shrinkage when washing.

*The above are just guidelines. Please confirm your required length before selecting.
*Please note that colors may appear slightly different on screen compared to the actual product.
