Vintage Reims France Cut Crystal Silverplate Bamboo Handle Serving Bowl

Elegant vintage Reims France serving bowl featuring a clear cut-crystal glass insert set within a silverplate bamboo-style frame. The sculptural rim and two bamboo-form handles give the piece a distinctive mid-century Hollywood Regency look. The bowl measures approximately 4.25 inches across the glass, about 5.25 inches including the handles, and approximately 2 inches tall. Condition: Good vintage condition overall. The glass appears free of obvious chips or cracks. The silverplate frame has age-related tarnish, darkening, surface wear, and finish loss. Along the inside rim where the glass meets the metal frame, there are visible areas of yellowing, residue, and exposed mounting material beneath the silver finish, as shown clearly in the close-up photos. Please review all photographs carefully. Marked Silverplate on one handle and Italy on the other handle.
